At Meat Slayer BBQ, we take a simple approach to our traditional barbecue. We source the best quality meats and ingredients we can and donʼt fuss with them too much. We cook our barbecue the old school way with plenty of wood and time, adding just the right amount of salt and spice. We recommend at least a 48-hour notice for preparation and one week’s notice for all full-service catering orders.
Pick-Up
Your order will be hot and ready for pick-up at your convenience from our commercial kitchen. This service includes catering-quality paper goods, utensils and serving utensils.
delivery
This service includes catering-quality paper goods, utensils and serving utensils. All food is delivered in disposable aluminum pans. Disposable chafing dishes and fuel are available for an extra charge.
FULL-SERVICE CATERING
This service is an additional 18% charge and includes a professional staff, set-up and all equipment for buffet service or family-style service, including catering-quality paper goods, utensils, and condiments. Additional surcharges may apply. Gratuity is not included.
